Each year, Diggers Rest Primary School coordinates a fundraising event that supports members in our immediate and/or broader community experiencing illness or disability. These fundraising opportunities help develop an awareness amongst our students, staff and parents, as well as raise some much-needed funds that go towards organisations that promote further research, equipment, intervention, support, etc.

In 2022, Diggers Rest Primary School supported the Kemp Family raise awareness and money for cerebral palsy through the STEPtember initiative. With assistance from the DRPS community, they raised over $12000 which went to Cerebral Palsy Alliance.
